Returns

Does the product not meet your expectations?

That’s unfortunate, but it can happen that a product is different from what you imagined. In this case, you can send the package back to us. To keep things as clear as possible for both of us, there are some conditions that your return must meet.

Cancellation

After you or a third party nominated by you has received the package, you must tell us within the 14-day cooling-off period that you want to cancel the contract. You can use the model cancellation form (PDF) for this or inform us in another clear way. For example, by contacting us via info@luqaza.nl or our telephone number +31 85 8000 425.

Return

To return your order, please use the return form enclosed in the package. You can also download the document here (PDF).

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition, where possible. Package the product carefully.
  • Enclose the return form with the shipment;
  • Return your shipment within 14 days to the return address given below;
  • The (shipping) costs incurred by you for returning your order are at your own expense;
  • After your return has been processed, you will receive the amount (excluding any return shipping costs) within 14 days of the date of the resolution.

Refund

We will refund your money (excluding return costs) within 14 days after cancellation of your order. The refund will always be made using the same means of payment that was used to pay for the order. For example, a credit card payment will therefore be processed via your credit card. If you have used Afterpay, the outstanding invoice will be cancelled. The refund is free of charge for you

Damaged product

Is your product damaged or even broken when you receive it? This is very annoying! We think it is important that you are satisfied with your purchase. If the product is indeed damaged, we will repair or replace it free of charge. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, the contract will be cancelled. We will then ask you to return the ordered product and transfer the purchase price to your account.

In the event of a damaged or broken product, we would like to receive the following from you by email info@luqaza.nl:

  • A picture of the packaging clearly showing the product so we can see how the product was packaged;
  • A photo of the complete product;
  • A close-up of the broken or damaged part of the product;
  • A photo of the shipping label.
